2016 Legacy Award Honoree: Deborah F. Ching

Deborah F. Ching has long been involved with community and civic affairs in the Chinese and Asian American communities.  She was affiliated with Chinatown Service Center from 1980-2000, serving as its Executive Director from 1989-2000.
